Entry for July 5, 2008(Limited Entry success)
My girlfriend was lucky enough to draw a bull moose tag this year. It is her first oppurtunity to hunt for moose and she is very excited. I hope to capture the hunt on film and post it on my site. The season doesn't open till oct.1, prime time for calling in moose it should be very exciting. So don't forget to check back to see how the hunt goes.

Entry for May 10, 2008(Calling for bears)
I have been reading up on calling for bears, this is something I have been thinking about doing for years but never have so this week coming up I intend on trying it. I think I will use fawn and rabbit distress calls from what I have been reading it seems to work well, I guess I will find out. If any body has any information on this subject let me know.

Entry for May 2, 2008( Bear season is here !!)
I cant wait to get out and start hunting for black bear. There is still a lot of snow in the higher country but with these warm temperatures it wont last long and the bears will be out and so will I with my gun and camera in hand.
